At Keizo Massage, we are committed to providing high-quality massage therapy services in a professional and respectful manner. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking an appointment.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that you give notice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else and ensures smooth running of our schedule.
Refunds
As massage therapy is a service delivered in person, refunds are not generally provided once a session has been completed, except where required under UK consumer law.
However, we will always strive to resolve any issues. If you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution.
Advance Payments and Gift Vouchers
- Pre-paid sessions or gift vouchers are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person with prior agreement.
- Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- If you cancel a pre-paid session with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if we believe it is not safe or appropriate to proceed (e.g. due to a medical condition, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of our terms). In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
